Expiry Rate
OK , DONT FREAK OUT! This index is calculated with all your expired listings divided by your total listing count for the year. So if you listed the same property 2 times before getting the sale then you would have a 50% expiry rate. If we are doing a Performance Report for you then perhaps we can convert this index to actual homes that never sold rate. Use this index as it is; a RELATIVE comparison to other performances of the top 5%.  (100's of hours of work to assemble,disseminate and graph btw)
